Training with water

The Tunturi Aquabag is the ultimate tool for training with instability. Water has a certain slowness of movement, which makes a workout with an aquabag more intense than a relatively stable sandbag. You can influence the degree of instability. The less water you put in the bag, the easier the water can move and the more difficult the workout becomes. That's ideal for adjusting the intensity of the exercise, allowing you to achieve many different workout goals.
