These terms and conditions apply to those promotions where you must redeem a promotional code or voucher as part of the offer.

1. The promotional code is valid for a limited time only.
2. Each promotional code can be used only once per person unless otherwise specified.
3. The promotional code does not apply to already discounted items.
4. The promotional code can not be used with certain financing options unless otherwise stated.
5. Promotional codes can not be added after an order is placed.
6. Voucher codes can not be redeemed for shipping.
7. The promotion is subject to all restrictions outlined in the offer.
8. If the promotion has a minimum purchase requirement, taxes and shipping charges do not apply toward the minimum purchase amount.
9. Promotional codes are not transferable, may not be resold or redeemed for cash.
10. If you return items purchased using a promotional code, we will subtract the value of the promotional code from your return credit.
11. Only one promotional code can be used each time and therefore cannot be combined with other offers using a promotional code.
12. Gym Gear reserves the right to void the transactions where prohibited.
13. If you violate any of the Terms and Conditions, the promotion will be invalid, and the promotional code discount will not apply. Gym Gear reserves the right to update these terms and conditions without prior notice.

Purchasing an item only to find it goes on sale soon after can be extremely frustrating. Our prices can change online for various reasons, we do our best to keep sale events to known industry and e-commerce events (Black Friday etc.), but this will not always be the case.

Purchases made before a sale will not be eligible for price adjustments or discounts.

1. Free shipping offers are valid only for items shipped within South Africa.
2. To be eligible for free shipping, the order must meet the above criteria.
3. Free shipping offer applies only to standard shipping services and does not include express or overnight shipping.
4. Gym Gear reserves the right to modify or cancel the free shipping offer at any time without notice.
5. Items bought with free shipping are not eligible for after-purchase price drop credit.

Gym Gear uses trusted courier partners across South Africa to ensure safe and efficient delivery of all orders.

Most orders are delivered within 4 working days, however some deliveries may take up to 7 working days depending on size, weight, and location. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately and arrive at different times. Special-order or custom items will have extended lead times, which will be communicated.

Deliveries take place Monday to Friday (8am–6pm). A signature is required on delivery. Customers must inspect packaging upon arrival and note any visible damage before signing.

Delivery is free within South Africa*. Where applicable, delivery charges reflect actual courier costs.

Customers are responsible for ensuring adequate access and assistance for offloading large or heavy items. If delivery is refused for reasons other than transit damage, the customer will be liable for all outbound and return shipping costs.

International delivery is available on request and will be quoted separately.

We may change the advertised price of a product at any time. The price you pay will be the price in force at the time of your order. The price on your order will be validated by us as part of our acceptance of your order. We try to ensure prices displayed on our website are correct at all times, however, should a pricing error arise we will inform you of the correct price before we take payment and you may choose to either proceed with or cancel the order. All prices include VAT at 15%.

The information, services and products provided on and throughout this site are subject to change without notice. In the event of a genuine website error or inaccuracy we reserve the right to withdraw an offer immediately. We also reserve the right to cancel all confirmed orders that are subject to genuine website error or inaccuracy. All products offered are subject to availability.

At Gym Gear, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below to ensure your return qualifies.

7-Day Returns (Peace of Mind)

You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:

• The return request is submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by our courier).
  
• The product is new, unused, unopened, and undamaged.
  
• The item is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
  
• No stickers, tape, or markings may be placed directly on the product packaging.
  
• Products must be returned in a resaleable condition.
  

Gym Gear reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction if the above conditions are not met.

Restocking Fees & Non-Returnable Items

Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. This fee may apply if, upon inspection, any of the following are found:

• The product has been installed and later dismantled, showing signs of use or installation
  
• Items are returned without original packaging
  
• Accessories, components, or manuals are missing
  

Where applicable, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued once the return has been received and successfully inspected. In the case of an exchange, the restocking fee may be applied to the value difference.

Shipping & Handling

All shipping, handling, and return courier costs are for the customer’s account and are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs and courier arrangements are at the customer’s expense.

Spare Parts

Please note that spare parts are non-returnable and non-refundable, and no exchanges will be accepted on spare-part orders.

Refunds

Special-Order Items
