HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE?
Most orders are delivered within 3–7 working days, depending on the product size, weight, and your location. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary for special-order or out-of-stock items.
DO YOU DELIVER NATIONWIDE?
Yes. We deliver anywhere in South Africa using trusted courier partners.
DO YOU DELIVER TO RESIDENTIAL AND BUSINESS ADDRESSES?
Yes. We deliver to homes, offices, gyms, estates, schools, and commercial facilities.
WHAT ARE YOUR DELIVERY DAYS AND HOURS?
Deliveries take place Monday to Friday, between 8am and 6pm, excluding public holidays.
IS A SIGNATURE REQUIRED ON DELIVERY?
Yes. All deliveries require a signature to confirm receipt of your order.
DO YOU OFFER INSIDE INSTALLATION?
Installation or inside placement is available on selected products as an optional paid service.
WILL THE DRIVER HELP ME MOVE THE ITEM INSIDE?
Courier drivers are not permitted to enter premises or move items inside. Customers must ensure adequate assistance is available for offloading heavy or bulky items.
WHAT SHOULD I CHECK WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?
Please inspect the number of boxes / packages delivered vs the waybill and also outer packaging for visible damage before signing. If damage is present, note it on the delivery slip and contact us immediately.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
If damage is identified, notify us as soon as possible with photos so we can assist in resolving the issue.
CAN DELIVERY BE DELAYED AT MY REQUEST?
Yes. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order to discuss delivery timing options.
CAN I USE MY OWN FREIGHT COMPANY?
Certainly! If you've got a preferred freight company, you can arrange for them to pick up your order from one of our warehouses
