Warranty Introduction
All equipment listed on Gym Gear includes a minimum of a 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated.
Please also refer to any information given on our product pages as all products or components have a specific warranty. This will be clearly stated where applicable.
The warranty covers manufacturing defects and is subject to the terms and conditions below. Damage to equipment caused by misuse, neglect, or general wear and tear is not covered.

A call out does not form part of the warranty and will be quoted on separately.
Refunds & Returns
At Gym Gear, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. If you need to return an item, please review the policy below to ensure your return qualifies.
7-Day Returns (Peace of Mind)
You may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the following conditions are met:
- The return request is submitted in writing within 7 days of delivery (as confirmed by our courier).
- The product is new, unused, unopened, and undamaged.
- The item is returned in its original packaging, with all accessories, manuals, and labels intact.
- No stickers, tape, or markings may be placed directly on the product packaging.
- Products must be returned in a resaleable condition.
- If the return is deemed to be due to a factory error or defective material, depending on the outcome of our inspection, Gym Gear reserves the right to first repair / replace the product before a refund can be made; In an instance of having no available replacements a full refund will be made.
Gym Gear reserves the right to refuse a return or apply a deduction if the above conditions are not met.
Restocking Fees & Non-Returnable Items
Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 30%. This fee may apply if, upon inspection, any of the following are found:
- The product has been installed and later dismantled, showing signs of use or installation
- Items are returned without original packaging

Accessories, components, or manuals are missing
Where applicable, the restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Refunds will be issued once the return has been received and successfully inspected. In the case of an exchange, the restocking fee may be applied to the value difference.
Equipment Cover
Gym Gear offers a range of equipment levels to cater for home, light commercial and full commercial environments.
You must buy equipment that is suitable for the environment you will be using it in. Use of equipment beyond it’s stated level will invalidate the warranty cover.
Home Use: Suitable for: personal use at your residential address
Light Commercial Use: Also suitable for personal training studios, small hotels and workplace gyms, physio and rehab centres
Full Commercial Use: Also suitable for commercial gyms, leisure centres, universities, Crossfit® boxes and other heavy use facilities
Any environment which has paid for access/membership or equipment in use for more than 3-4 hours per day will automatically be classed as full commercial.
Please refer to each product page for information on the suitability for your intended use.
Equipment must be checked regularly and serviced when required. For commercial environments you must retain service records to demonstrate this upon submitting a warranty claim.
