DO I HAVE TO ASSEMBLE THE EQUIPMENT?

Yes, most Gym Gear equipment requires assembly.

Products are delivered unassembled for safety and transport efficiency. Basic assembly tools and instructions are included with your order.

If you’d prefer professional assembly, ask about our installation service when you place your order and we’ll arrange it for you.

CAN I PAY CASH ON PICKUP?

No. For security and accounting purposes, we do not accept cash payments on collection. All payments must be completed in advance using one of our approved payment methods.

DO YOU OFFER CASH ON DELIVERY?

No. We do not offer cash on delivery. All orders must be paid in full before dispatch using one of our accepted payment methods.

Orders

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

Most orders are delivered within 4 working days, however some deliveries may take up to 7 working days depending on size, weight, and location. Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

AM I ABLE TO TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email to your chosen email address. This email will include your consignment number so you can track your shipping status. Please check your spam folder if you have not received your email.

If you have any queries regarding the delivery time, you can contact the freight company directly. However, if they cannot help you, we will be more than happy to assist.

HOW DO I PRE-ORDER AN ITEM?

You can pre-order an item by placing your order directly on our website if pre-orders are enabled, or by contacting our sales team for assistance. Pre-order lead times and availability will be communicated before confirmation.

WHEN WILL I GET MY PRE-ORDER ITEMS?

Pre-order delivery timelines vary depending on the product and supplier. Estimated lead times will be communicated at the time of purchase or order confirmation, and we’ll keep you updated until your item is ready for dispatch.

WHEN SHOULD I SCHEDULE A TECHNICIAN FOR INSTALL/ASSEMBLY?

Delivery delays can sometimes occur on short so allowing a few days between delivery and the installation is strongly advised.

Warranty, Refunds and Returns

All of our products come with different manufacturer warranties. These can be found on our Warranty page or under specifications on the product page, but if you’re not sure just ask!

Approved refunds are typically processed within 30 days of the refund request.

WHY ISN’T MY COUPON OR PROMO CODE WORKING?

When redeeming a promotional code, please click the appropriate link to read specific promotion details and code date expiry.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes and vouchers cannot be used with:
