    The air-resistance system responds naturally to your effort: the harder and faster you pull, the greater the resistance becomes. This makes it ideal for everything from steady-state cardio to demanding interval and functional fitness sessions. Air resistance is particularly well suited to variable-intensity training because resistance increases with the user’s effort.

    The freestanding floor platform provides a stable training position without requiring wall mounting, while the tall frame and dual-handle pulling system allow for powerful, natural movement.

      As a part of our commitment to customer service, our Warranty Team is here to assist you with any troublesome equipment you may have purchased from us. We keep spare parts for most of the gear we sell, and where we don’t, we’ll do the leg work to get parts in for you. In order for us to assist you, we ask that you retain your invoice for proof of purchase. We may also request that you return a part to the warehouse as proof of the issue; however, clear photographs of the damaged part will suffice in most cases.

      Returns & Exchanges

      Our exchange and return policy is simple. Call 0861 017 461 / Email us on info@gymgear.co.za between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday through Friday, to make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid and must arrive in a new condition and in the original cartons/packaging.

      Please contact Gym Gear within 2 Days from the day you receive your Goods in order to arrange an exchange / return. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking charge. This restocking fee is applicable in circumstances where goods have been installed and dismantled (and may show physical signs of this), returned without being placed in their original packaging or if found, that certain components/manuals are missing from the product upon a returns inspection. Refunds may be obtained on completed returns or for the difference in exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. We do not offer refunds or accept exchanges on orders for spare parts.
