    J-Hook Attachment

    Heavy-duty J-hooks provide a secure and stable resting position for the bar during unracking and racking. Designed with protective lining to prevent bar damage, they ensure smooth setup, consistent bar height, and safe transitions between sets.

    Spotter Arm Attachment

    Adjustable spotter arms add a critical safety layer by catching the bar if a lift fails. Ideal for solo training, they allow users to train with confidence by limiting bar descent and reducing the risk of injury during heavy or maximal lifts.

    They can also be set to multiple heights and are very easy to add or remove during training.

We keep spare parts for most of the gear we sell, and where we don’t, we’ll do the leg work to get parts in for you. In order for us to assist you, we ask that you retain your invoice for proof of purchase. We may also request that you return a part to the warehouse as proof of the issue; however, clear photographs of the damaged part will suffice in most cases.

      Returns & Exchanges

      Our exchange and return policy is simple. Call 0861 017 461 / Email us on info@gymgear.co.za between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday through Friday, to make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid and must arrive in a new condition and in the original cartons/packaging.

      Please contact Gym Gear within 2 Days from the day you receive your Goods in order to arrange an exchange / return. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking charge. This restocking fee is applicable in circumstances where goods have been installed and dismantled (and may show physical signs of this), returned without being placed in their original packaging or if found, that certain components/manuals are missing from the product upon a returns inspection. Refunds may be obtained on completed returns or for the difference in exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. We do not offer refunds or accept exchanges on orders for spare parts.
