    Performance Monitor (PM5) provides accurate, repeatable workout data with “Just Row” or custom workout modes, displaying pace, watts, stroke rate, and calories. Sessions are automatically saved to internal memory or a USB drive for easy transfer to the free Online Logbook.

    The RowErg is easy to wheel around for workouts and can be quickly separated into two pieces (no tools required) for compact storage. Ideal for homes or gyms that need flexible space. The taller legs of the elevated version feature large caster wheels for easier moving.

  • Adjustable Footrests and Ergonomic Handle

    Adjustable footrests allow for quick and easy sizing to fit a wide range of shoe sizes. We designed the ergonomic handle with a 10-degree bend that allows you to row comfortably with a natural arm and hand position.

    All that is needed to assemble the RowErg is to install the front legs. We include all necessary tools and clear, illustrated instructions. Takes just 20–30 minutes.

      Returns & Exchanges

      Our exchange and return policy is simple. Call 0861 017 461 / Email us on info@gymgear.co.za between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday through Friday, to make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid and must arrive in a new condition and in the original cartons/packaging.

      Please contact Gym Gear within 2 Days from the day you receive your Goods in order to arrange an exchange / return. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking charge. This restocking fee is applicable in circumstances where goods have been installed and dismantled (and may show physical signs of this), returned without being placed in their original packaging or if found, that certain components/manuals are missing from the product upon a returns inspection. Refunds may be obtained on completed returns or for the difference in exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. We do not offer refunds or accept exchanges on orders for spare parts.
