    With the Tunturi Resistance Trainer you can work on your core strength, endurance and flexibility using a resistance cable. The set consists of a resistance cable, bar, door anchor and safety strap. With the door anchor, you can easily and quickly transform any room into a workout space.

    Asymmetric training

    When training with this resistance system, the focus is on asymmetric, rotating movements. The advantage of this way of asymmetric training, also known as unilateral training, is that you work on each side separately. No one is symmetrical. For example, when you do push-ups, the weight distribution over the arms is never 50/50. To bring every muscle 100 percent in balance on both sides, asymmetrical training is ideal.

We keep spare parts for most of the gear we sell, and where we don’t, we’ll do the leg work to get parts in for you. In order for us to assist you, we ask that you retain your invoice for proof of purchase. We may also request that you return a part to the warehouse as proof of the issue; however, clear photographs of the damaged part will suffice in most cases.

      Returns & Exchanges

      Our exchange and return policy is simple. Call 0861 017 461 / Email us on info@gymgear.co.za between 08:30 and 17:00 Monday through Friday, to make arrangements to send back the piece(s) you need to exchange or return. All returns and exchanges must be shipped back freight prepaid and must arrive in a new condition and in the original cartons/packaging.

      Please contact Gym Gear within 2 Days from the day you receive your Goods in order to arrange an exchange / return. Returns may be subject to a 30% restocking charge. This restocking fee is applicable in circumstances where goods have been installed and dismantled (and may show physical signs of this), returned without being placed in their original packaging or if found, that certain components/manuals are missing from the product upon a returns inspection. Refunds may be obtained on completed returns or for the difference in exchanges. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. We do not offer refunds or accept exchanges on orders for spare parts.
