The Half Rack is ideal for any training room. By means of the heavy J-Hooks and Spotters you can safely do all your exercises responsibly & safety. Exercises such as Squats, Bench Press and Overhead Press are examples of individual exercises. The J-Hooks and Spotters are adjustable in 13 heights.
High & Low Pulley
The Extremely Smooth high quality High & Low Pulley is a unique addition to this rack. The gym worthy materials that used for this, ensure the correct tension on the cables. Exercises such as Seated Row or Lat Pull-Down, triceps / bicep & shoulder exercise are possible.
Plate Tree + Bar Storage
The rack at the back also has a dual Plate Tree Storage for the Olympic Weight Plates, and a Bar Storage for the Olympic barbell.
Pull Up Bar Station
