Shipping

Our shipping time frame varies depending on your location and the items you have ordered. Most orders will be received 3-4 business days from dispatch but please note, we cannot advise the exact day and time delivery will occur.

The freight company WH&S guidelines will require that someone is present at the delivery address at the time of delivery.

It is your responsibility to advise us:

• • If someone will be available to sign for the delivery
  • The desired safe location if no one is present at the time of delivery. (e.g. around the back of the house)
  • If the delivery address is a commercial residence. If so, we will require information regarding the business hours and the name of the business.

Shipping is free in South Africa. Once you have added your products to the cart, hit the checkout button and enter your shipping information you want your order delivered to.

We use a wide range of shipping carriers to bring you the best possible service.

Some of the carriers we use include:

• GLOBEFLIGHT
• INTERTOWN
• THE COURIER GUY
• TRITON EXPRESS

If you have a freight company that you use for business, you can arrange pickup from our warehouse. Self-arranged freight company pickups must allow at least two business days notice before pickup to ensure your order is ready for pickup.
