The G1S Squat Rack Functional Trainer provides an extremely wide range of options for exercises almost everything you need in a gym equipment. The dual Adjustable pulley can rotate 180 degrees and can be adjusted to 21 positions . Lat pull knee cushion is made of high-quality leather foam with anti-sweat, wear-resistant, odorless, and light leather texture that will not break or peel after prolonged use. Has six adjustable positions and an automatic rebound pin to avoid shaking. Has three barbell storage bars and two lat bar storage on both sides for easy storage and taking. The large fixed shroud provides increased safety, as well as premium aesthetics.

Dimensions
It is important to know whether the G1S fits in your space. The dimensions are 170x154x220 cm (LxWxH). For its compactness this is a very stable Power Rack.
Complete & Versatile
All necessary materials, in one multifunctional Power Rack. Besides the fact that the G1S is a heavy Power Rack, you can also profit of various options. Adjustable pulleys, J-hooks, Spotters, Leg Lockers, Pull Up Station (multigrip) and a T bar Landmine.
Solid Construction
Safety comes first. The G1S is heavy, solid and safely built for the toughest workouts. Quality solid frames Ensure mainly for this. The Power Rack requires no further anchoring. The maximum loadable weight is 450 kg. The J-Hooks can be loaded with 300 kg.
Adjustable Pulleys
Lat Pulldown, Seated Row, Chest Flyes, Tricep Extensions. These are just examples of exercises that are possible because the pulley is adjustable in height in more than 25 positions. On the side of the pulley is located a lever, where you can adjust the pulley with one action.
Plate Loaded Version
When using the cables, you must load the so-called sleeves with Olympic / Standard weight Plates. This gives you control over the choice of the total weight. The sleeves are made of full chrome, and run over solid conductors. Finally, the G1S can hold a total weight of 150 kg. The ratio is 1:2.
Storage Options
You can store your Olympic plates and Olympic barbell at the back of the Power Rack. The G1S features a total of six Plate Pegs for the plates, and one Bar Storage for the barbell. Finally, you can add other accessories, such as a Lat Bar or a double handle and store on the side of the Power Rack.

Jammer Arm Set for CSR/FT
With this set you can perform various exercises in a fixed way. Think of Shoulder Press, Row or (Incline) Chest Press.
Lat Seat for CSR/FT
Would you rather use a separate Lat Seat instead of the supplied Leg Locker? This addition is ideal for that. Easy to install and remove.
Dip Station for CSR/FT
A new addition: The Dual dip arms. This allows you to perform Dips / inverted pull ups on the front of the Power Rack.
