The Apollo Pro V has 5 levels of adjustable Fluid Resistance provided by our patented Twin Tank system. At level 1, the Fluid Resistance is suitable for beginners, deconditioned participants or rehabilitation patients just starting on their fitness journey. Dial to level 5 for high-intensity interval training (HIIT) or short sprints. The Apollo Pro V offers silky smooth resistance at any speed and at any level. With a firm instant catch and a consistent resistance through the entire stroke, it provides the closest emulation of on water rowing, encouraging you at every stroke to do a little more.

REAL TIME INSGHT INTO YOUR ROWING STROKE

The so-called Power Graph is a unique feature of the Fluid Bluetooth Monitor. This graph shows your rowing stroke in real time. You can use that information to perfect your rowing technique. The better your technique, the more you get out of your workout! In fact, the ideal rowing stroke consists of six steps that make up one smooth repetitive cyclical movement.

The Apollo Pro V combines the best of both worlds: the sturdiness of steel and the robust look of wood. The frame at the water tank is steel, while the rest of the rower is made of strong and durable American ash wood.

OPTIMISED FOR INTENSIVE & LONG TERM USE

Each threaded hole in the wooden frame is fitted with a metal bushing. This prevents the wood from splitting or the screw from overturning during assembly and the rowing trainer from losing its sturdiness over time.

EASY MAINTAINANCE

Small brushes are attached behind the seat wheels. These sweep the rails with every rowing movement and prevent dust particles from the rails from sticking to the wheels. This keeps every rowing motion fluid.
