This bar is awesome! Just to give some context, I injured my shoulder and I am currently working on the range of motion in order to properly hold a normal bar again. This bar is perfect for me to use in the meantime so I can still get a good leg workout in. The padding is soft and distributes the weight of the bar evenly. Hopefully this helps! HM

Very nice addition to my home gym
I’m pretty picky when it comes to equipment and nearly all of my gear is top of the line name brand stuff. I received the bar today and did a variety of exercises with it, including front squats (turn the bar backwards putting the back pad against your throat), high bar back squats, good mornings, barbell walking lunges, etc and I honestly am really loving this bar. I have zero complaints thus far. It came packaged well also.
