MULTI GRIP PULL UP BAR
A pull-up bar with many different grip variants (overhand, lower hand, parallel grip). This allows you to do different variations of the pull-up, thereby engaging different muscles. In addition, a pull-up bar also makes it possible to carry out exercises for the abdominal muscles such as leg raises and windshield wipers.
UNCONDITIONAL STABILITY & SAFETY
Thanks to its own weight of 137.5 kg, this Power Rack Pro stands very firmly on the ground and thus also enables training with a lot of weight. The square tube frame construction made of steel can be loaded with up to 350 kg during barbell training, which is a lot of weight even for ambitious strength athletes. Just for comparison: the world record for the raw bench press is 327.5 kg. This gives you the opportunity to increase your training weight again and again without reaching the load limit of the Power Rack.
FULL BODY WORKOUT @ HOME
The Rack allows you target every body part effectively and safety. Exercises such as Bench Press, Squats, Deadlift, Lat pulldowns, triceps, biceps, pull ups, dips, shoulder press, leg raises, shrugs, calf raises and a lot more can be done!
DIP STATION
You will receive a dip station attachment which can be adjusted to different heights to suite different users, The dip attachment attaches to the side of the Power Rack at variable heights. Dips train either the triceps or the chest, depending on how you do them. In both variants, the shoulder, elbow or forearm muscles are also strengthened.
SELF SPOTTING
This power rack is perfect for self-spotting and safety. You can perform all your favorite barbell exercises inside the power rack. Set the safety rods just below the lowest point of each exercise, the rack will catch the bar should you fail on a bench press or squat for example.
NUMBERED UPRIGHTS
Dynamic The GPR360 power rack has laser-cut numbered uprights, so it’s easy to put a pin through holes at the same height or to set a pair of J-hooks at the same level. .

The quality and functionality of this rack is amazing. It’s perfect for any home gym setup. The pulley system works really well and I couldn’t be happier with the final product. The assembly is simple enough but the instructions that comes with it is poorly illustrated. Take your time and use a proper 17mm spanner to make life easier.

The Squat Rack arrived in two surprisingly compact boxes; instructions mostly by pictogram but I did have to reach out to Gym Gear for some assistance in assembly – which was promptly provided over WhatsApp. Ours had a cable mixup from the factory which lead to some confusion; but once we established what had gone wrong, the correct unit was delivered a few days later. The unit is reasonably stable and supports our 1.8m barbell okay, though olympic sized would fit better if you have space for it. The sliding mechanism for pulldowns works very smoothly and is a great addition. The ability to do pullups with a variety of grip configurations is great and way more secure feeling than any doorway bar I’ve experienced. It does take up some space – measurements are exactly as specified. All in all, very happy with the purchase! Finally, GymGear was a pleasure to deal with 🙂

Rack is awesome, arrived in just a few days. Really good value for money. Instructions are not great but you can figure out the missing pieces eventually. Definitely better setup time if you have your own ratchet with 17mm socket, using the one that comes with it will take you an extra day to tighten those bolts I’m sure.
